Responsibilities and Duties
 Maintain knowledge of services offerings of the company
 Make cold calls for new business leads
 Support in writing new business proposals
 Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
 Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to
potential clients at client meetings and conferences.
 Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering
potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client
requests for proposals
 Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a
database (Excel) of prospective client information.
 Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing
sales and working with the client through the closing process
Qualifications & Skills
 Bachelor’s degree preferred.
 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Excel).
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call,
connect, and interact with potential customers
 Persuasive and goal-oriented
 Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
 Able to professionally and confidently communicate
 Must possess strong customer service skills
 Must have good negotiation skills
 Must be able to create good presentations
 Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, and time-management skills
 Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
 Ability to work under pressure
